Erase Taskward data

Taskward has no user account or backend user database. Productivity data is stored locally on your device.

What the app erases

  • Tasks, notes, outlines, dates, and approved checklist text
  • Lives, progress, rewards, Momentum history, and scan usage
  • Taskward preferences, including the locally stored 18-or-older confirmation
  • Pending and delivered Taskward reminders

How to erase local data

  1. In the app: Open Profile → Privacy & support → Erase Taskward Data on This Device, review the warning, and confirm.
  2. If you need help: Email [email protected]. Because Taskward has no account or backend copy of your tasks, support cannot remotely erase device-local content.

What remains outside Taskward’s control

Device-data erasure does not cancel or remove Apple subscriptions, Apple purchase history, iOS permissions, or existing device backups. Manage subscriptions through Apple and permissions through iOS Settings. Backup retention is controlled by the user’s Apple settings.

No account password is needed. Taskward support will never ask for your Apple password.
